One Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty
Visionman includes a one year limited parts and labor warranty on systems. Systems will be repaired free of charge for parts and labor, for the warranty period of one year from the invoice date.
Remedies under the warranty are limited to either the replacement of the defective compo¬nent or components with new, or at the sole discretion of Visionman, factory refurbished parts; or the return
of the hardware system to the Depot for warranty repair. Any spare part installed as the remedy for a breach of warranty shall carry the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period.
A valid credit card may be required for advanced replacement of a defective part. If a replace¬ment component is not available or is discontinued, Visionman reserves the right to substitute an equivalent part.
No extension to the warranty will be granted and it is not transferable with the exception of a sale of a Visionman system from an Authorized Reseller.
Periodic backups of the data stored on the hard disk(s) should be done as a precaution.
Always back up data prior to returning the system for warranty service. Visionman is not responsible for the restoration of data or reinstallation of programs other than software
originally installed when the product was manufactured.
Visionman does not warrant that the operation of this product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Visionman is not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of any failure to follow instructions that came with the system or instructions given by Visionman Technical Support.
This warranty does not apply if repair or parts replacement is required as a result of:
– Accident, neglect, misuse, failure of electric power, failure to provide appropriate environmental conditions, relocation of the product, or causes other than ordinary use
– Failure caused by an outside product, if such product is found to be the cause of failure
– Connection of another machine or device to the system that makes warranty service impractical or that has caused damage to the system
– Repair or alteration, or attempted repair or alteration, of a system by anyone other than Visionman or an Visionman-authorized support provider
– Damage caused by natural or man-made acts or disasters
– Cosmetic damage that does not affect system functionality
Laptops are further covered by a policy for dead pixels. LCD screens consists of millions of individual dots, or pixels. A few dark or bright pixels are usually not noticeable.
Industry standard is that any screen with 5 or less defective pixels is considered an acceptable display.
Should a screen have 6 or more bright or dead pixels (or combination of bright and dead pixels) within one year of purchase, the screen may be replaced.
After 30 days from invoice date, Visionman is not responsible for customer expenses associated with shipping the product back to Visionman for warranty service.

The customer may purchase upgraded shipping (like international shipping, faster delivery, etc.) if desired.
Under no circumstances is Visionman responsible for the costs of any warranty repair shipment more expensive than a Ground shipment within the contiguous United States.
When a system is shipped to Visionman, it must be packed properly. Systems should be double boxed, with at least two inches of packing material between the boxes.
Visionman is not responsible for shipment damage on return shipments for warranty service or refund.
ALWAYS SAVE ORIGINAL BOXES! Over 90% of the shipping damages occur when a system is shipped back in other than the original packaging.
