Wolf Spider

The Wolf Spider line from WidowPC is made for the entry-level gamer that wants a highly mobile package but doesn’t want to sacrifice too much of the high-end technology found in WidowPC’s other lines like the Black Widow and the Recluse.

With a smaller 15” WXGA screen but still featuring the fast Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 processor, a dedicated nVidia graphics processor, and DDR2 memory, the Wolf Spider is anything but timid when it comes to running your games. Capable of running many of the latest DirectX games, the Wolf Spider, although sporting a cheaper price, won’t leave you hanging when you deploy your troops or fire that rocket launcher.

Small But Powerful
Featuring Intel’s Core 2 Duo technologies married with nVidia’s 9300M GS video card, the Wolf Spider contains enough processing power that you need to compete in effectively in your favorite first-person shooter (when configured to take advantage of the hardware) or your favorite MMORPG. Add 4 GB of memory and you are ready to rock from your backpack or your desk.

A Great Way to Start in Mobile Gaming
Although not as feature-packed or configurable as other WidowPC models, the Wolf Spider is a solid gaming rig. With middle-of-the-line processor and graphics capabilities, it is an excellent model for the growing gaming fan who doesn’t want to spend a lot of money right now and may not need a state-of-the-art rig.
